Accounts and Access
You must be authorized to create or join a household account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login and household data.
Plans and Payments
Free Tier: Offered at our discretion and may be discontinued or changed at any time.
Premium (Paid) Tier: Subscription is available either monthly at $5 per month or annually at $3 per month (charged as a 12-month upfront payment).
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
Cancellations: You may cancel at any time before the next renewal period. Access continues through the current paid period.
Refunds: No refunds or credits for partial or unused months or for switching between billing cycles.
Changes: We may change plan features or pricing with prior notice; continued use after the notice takes effect means you accept the changes.
Use of the Service
Do not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.
You are responsible for the content you add (events, chores, groceries, images) and must have rights to share it.
External calendar sync is provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or interrupted.
Data
We process household data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the service.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts or all of the service. The Free Tier may be ended at any time.
We are not liable for outages, data loss, or third-party failures (including external calendar providers or storage providers).
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time; canceling a paid plan follows the cancellation terms above.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
